BTOsports.com Named Title Sponsor of the BBMX Team

BBMX is proud to announce BTOSports.com as the title sponsor of the race team for the 2010 season.  BTOSports.com has been a long time major sponsor since 2006 and will now officially become the title sponsor for 2010 and the team name will be the BTOSports.com / BBMX Racing team.

With the 2010 Supercross season right around the corner, the Butlebrothersmx team is hard at work putting the finishing touches to the team's new look.  Below are a few sneak peak photos from the Ryan Beckley over at Kinetic Animation.  He is busy installing the new skin on the BBMX semi transporter and grabbed a few photos of Bobby Kiniry's bike with the new 99% finished graphics.  Be sure to check back in the next few weeks for more photos of the new bikes and riders here at www.butlerbrothersmx.com

Jason Thomas is one of those guys that you may not notice in the main event too much but he’s in there almost every weekend racing hard and trying to make himself into a better racer. He’s a long-time privateer that exists on the fringes of our sport never making that much money and never really getting a whole lot of attention. It changes a bit for him in the off-season when he trudges over to Germany and becomes the Chad Reed of the indoor German supercross series.

As many of you know reading this, I’m buddies with the Rolling Tank and I thought I’d call him to catch up a bit on what he’s been doing and how everything is going.

This is your chance to come out to see behind the scenes of a top team in supercross and motocross and get a chance to ride with team riders Jason Thomas and Kyle Keylon. BBMX rider Jason Thomas took charge this past weekend and swept the MX1 class at the Montreal SX.  Aboard his new Suzuki RMZ-450, JT$ was the class of the field Saturday night as he lead from the start to take the win.  It was a bit of redemption from last year, where JT finished 3rd in 2008. 

"I'm really excited about the win up in Montreal and couldn't be happier.  The bike is awesome and my confidence is back up and I am riding how I should be" said an extactic Thomas about his win.
