I had a pretty good weekend at the German Master Series race.  Timed qualifying went good.  On Sunday I finished 4th in the first moto and 6th in the second moto, for 3rd overall.  Brad

Sevlievo, Bulgaria - World MX1 race.

I had a good weekend in Bulgaria.  The track and facilities were great.  Lots of uphills and downhills.  We had practice and time qualifying on Saturday.  I qualified for the race on Sunday, so I felt pretty good.  On Sunday morning I had a good practice.  In the race, I finished 21st in the first moto and 20th in the second moto.  So I got my first World MX1 points.

I will be focusing on putting down fast lap times in the timed qualifying to get better gate picks.  From there I will be improving my finish positions.  Brad

Thanks to Gary at Clutch Wipes for helping me and the Sturm Racing Kawasaki Team.  Look them up here on SponsorHouse or at their websire clutchwipes.com.  Brad

I arrived in Germany last Monday.  They got my suspension and pipes out of customs on Tuesday,  Assembled my bike on Wednesday. I had one day for practice and set up before heading out for the MX Masters race in Reutlingen. I was in the top 10 in timed qualifying on Saturday. Sunday I finished 5th in the first moto and 12th in the second moto, for 8th OA. Now with more practice and set up time I will be looking to be on the podium and winning some races.

I'd ike to thank the team and my personal sponsors for the 2007 Supercross Season.

I was glad I made it to the SX Lites East/West Shootout in my rookie year.

During the track walk most of the track was pretty good.  They had a pretty crazy finish line double/triple, but they ended up knocking down the triple before practice even started.   I can't say I was real impressed with the start they set up either. The track was pretty good in my first practice session, it was wet and had some traction.  I felt good and rode ok.  My second practice the track was totally dry and beat up.  So it was really just get through it and don't crash.  In my heat, I got a great jump but wheeled about half way down and when I dropped the front end my great jump turned into a bad start.  I ended up finishing 14th in my heat.  In the LCQ I ended up finishing 12th.  The main event turned out pretty crazy for both the Lites and the SX classes.  So SX 2007 is done and now it is time to go race outdoors.  Brad

After 9 weeks off while the East ran their series, finally it was time to finish up the West in Seattle.  I was looking forward to getting back racing.  The weather was great (for Seattle).  Practice went good, but the track started to rut up fast.  I qualified for the night program.  In my heat I had an ok start and ended up finishing 7th, qualifiying for the main event.  The ruts were getting deeper.  In the main event, I got the best main event start I had all year, but got a little messed up in the ruts in a rhythm section and lost some positions.  After that I just tried to stay smooth and start working up.  A few laps later I clipped a hay bale in a rut and went down and lost alot of positions.  I got up and just rode and ended up finishing 17th overall.  That gave me some more points and I was going to Las Vegas.

I started back riding yesterday.  It felt good to be back riding and no pain.  Thanks big time go to my trainer Brian for working with me the last 3 weeks.  Now it's time to get ready for the last 2 SX Lites races and then the Outdoor Nationals.  Brad
