First Major Crash and Surgery

Well I have now had my first big crash( 05/27/07). I dislocated my left ankle and broke my leg(both bones in my lower leg,the Tibia and Fibula). I went in for surgery(06/05/07)and I had to have 3 pins put in my leg. I will be out for 6-8 weeks. Then I will be back faster then I was before I crashed.

Dislocated Ankle Broken Tibia and Fibula

I was in the Winter Issue #12 of Supermoto Racer Magazine. I was asked to be there test rider on the new 07 Honda CRF 150R. I got to ride it for the day write up what i think of the bike and get some very cool photos of me printed in Supermoto Racer.

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

Well I had qualified for the AMA/NASMOTO Supermoto Finals in Long Beach Ca on November 3-5 2006 in the Premier Mini moto class. I was trying to make a triple in practice and came up short in front of a lot of people. I did not get to race after that because i brused my pelvise. I felt really dumb for not making that jump after me and my dad put a lot of work into making it to the finals.

Why do you like this sport?

I like Supermoto because I think it's fun and I get to race with my friends.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Yes I train. Me and my Dad try to ride at least 4 times a week 1-2 days on the MX track and 2-3 days on the Supermoto track. I ride my stationary bike every other day for 20 min. on the hill climb program.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to race as a Pro AMA Supermoto Racer.

What inspires you to compete?

Well my friends help inspire me a lot. We all talk smack to each other playing around and on the track we have to back all the talk up. My family also helps a lot.
